Hutopia frontEnd. Using vue3 and vuetify3.

## System Setup

Setup SSL certificates for localhost on your machine. Use the following commands to generate and store the certificates.

```sh
openssl genrsa -out localhost-key.pem 
openssl req -new -key localhost-key.pem -out csr.pem 
openssl x509 -req -days 365 -in csr.pem -signkey localhost-key.pem -out localhost.pem
```
